Berry Boost Smoothie

Daymond John's "Rise and Grind" plan is all about conquering your goals. This delicious smoothie from our Bite Club member Shelley offers you a triple berry boost, with three different kinds of berries, so you can get a sweet kickstart to your day and overcome your hurdles.

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed and secure the lid well.


2. Blend until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
