Asian Grain Bowl

2 cups brown rice
2 cups edamame
1 lb chicken thighs, diced
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
4 tbsp sesame seeds
2 avocados, diced

1. Toss together brown rice, edamame, and chicken thighs in a bowl.


2. Sprinkle bowl with scallions, sesame seeds, and avocado.
