Ashley Graham's Beet Smoothie

This beet smoothie is supermodel Ashley Graham's go-to morning breakfast. It helps wake up her body and gives her the energy she needs to get through the day. 

1 medium beet, chopped into pieces
2 stalks of kale
the juice of 1 lemon
1-inch piece of ginger
2 apples, cored
1 handful of fresh parsley
1/2 cup water

1. Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth. 


2. Add an extra 1/2 cup of water if needed for desired consistency and enjoy!
