Almond Mango Protein Shake

This recipe is a perfect blend of vitamins A, C and protein. Although the ingredients in this recipe may be simple, the flavor is complex and delicious. Blend up this shake for a quick breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up.

3/4 cup mango chunks
2 tbsp almond butter
1 cup milk
2 tbsp non-fat organic dry milk
2 tbsp chia seeds

Blend ingredients until smooth.

Makes 2 cups
