Age-Defying Salmon

This dinner recipe defies aging. Salmon is a superfood that slows aging and prevents disease.

salmon fillet
salt to taste
pickle for relish

Place salmon fillet, skin side down, on a baking pan. Heat at 400˚F for 10 minutes or until it flakes easily.

Remove from oven and place salmon on plate. Remove and discard the skin. Add a dash of salt and pickle relish.
