Raspberry Avocado Chia Smoothie

1 cup Raspberries
1/4 Avocado
1/2 cup Ice
1/4 cup Cold water
1 tsp Chia seeds
3/4 tsp Honey
1 tsp Lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
