2 1/2 cup Cooked quinoa
4 Eggs
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/3 cup Chives
1 Onion
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
3 cloves Garlic
1 3/4 cup Whole grain bread crumbs
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix.

Mold mixture into meatballs.

Grease skillet with extra virgin olive oil. Brown meatballs in a skillet for 10 minutes.
