1 1/2 cups Almond milk
1/2 Frozen banana
1/2 Avocado
2 tsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tbsp White chia seeds (optional)
1 oz Bourbon (optional)

Place all the ingredients into a blender.

Start on a low speed, slowly increasing to high.

Blend until smooth.
