Radio host, Elvis Duran, reveals why he turned to gastric surgery and how his weight loss has provided a second chance for better health. Tuesday, February 3: Do you know your belly type? Dr. Oz explains how fat is stored and ways to slim down. Dr. Oz discusses bladder problems and more with couples in this episode. You see them being sold in supermarkets, delis, and corner stores because people everywhere are relying on energy drinks to get through the day. Dr. Oz puts energy drinks to the test in the Truth Tube to see if the high that they provide is worth the subsequent crash.

Wednesday, February 4: Dr. Oz is joined by actress Melissa Gilbert as she discusses how her decision to change her health saved her life. Need a burst of energy in the morning?
