Pizza Breakfast Wrap

Quicker (and cheaper) than fast food this breakfast wrap is high in protein and fiber - the perfect way to start your day!

Approximately 260 calories per serving.

1 Small wrap (whole wheat tortilla or flat bread)
1/4 cup (1 stick) Mozzarella cheese
3 Egg whites
1/2 Egg yolk
17 slices Turkey pepperoni
1 tsp Oregano
Olive oil cooking spray (optional)
Salt (optional)
Pepper (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray wrap with cooking spray and place on cookie sheet. Toast the wrap until crisp, but not brown.

Scramble eggs and heat pepperoni in pan used to prepare eggs. Add cooked eggs, turkey pepperoni and cheese to the toasted wrap. Wrap sandwich in foil and bake for 2-4 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.
