Parsley-Infused Green Tea

Both parsley and the caffeine found in green tea are ingredients that will help relieve and decrease your bloat. Dr. Pina LoGiudice recommends making a big batch of this tea ahead of time and drinking as needed.

2 cups Boiling water
1 cup Parsley (stems and all)
2 Green tea bags

Pour the boiling water over the parsley in a heat-proof pitcher and let steep for 5 minutes.

Strain the water over the tea bags and enjoy.
