1 Whole-wheat baguette (about 15 inches)
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/2 tsp Italian herb seasoning
1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Olive oil

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut the baguette on a slight diagonal into slices about 1/2 inch stick.
In a small bowl, combine the oil and Italian seasoning. Brush both sides of the bread slices with the oil mixture.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes.
Turn the slices over and sprinkle the Parmesan on top.
Bake until the edges are crisp and the cheese has melted and is lightly browned about 5 minutes.
