Papaya Salad

1 Avocado
1 Papaya
1 Lime
1/4 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
1/8 tsp Black pepper
1/8 tsp Salt

Pit the avocado and slice it lengthwise into 1/2-inch thick pieces.

Do the same with the papaya and then place all pieces in a small bowl.

Combine the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

Spoon the dressing over the avocado and papaya. Serve immediately.
