Pan-Fried Walnut Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts are not only the perfect side dish to complement a hearty meal, but they are also rich in vitamin C and fiber. Give this recipe a try—you won't be disappointed!

1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 1/2 lbs Small Brussels sprouts
1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
1/2 cup Walnuts
Heat the coconut oil in a large pan. Stir in the sprouts and pepper flakes and cook for five minutes on medium-high heat.
Add the walnuts, toss together and cook, stirring occasionally for another three minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and serve.
