Oven Baked Fritatta

1/2 cup Omelet batter
1/4 cup Roasted red onion
1/4 cup Roasted mushrooms
1/4 cup Roasted red pepper
1/4 cup Fresh baby spinach
1/4 cup Fresh Roma tomato

Spray bottom of baking pan.

Blend eggs for 30 seconds on high speed and pour into baking pan.

Sprinkle fillings evenly over egg surface.

Bake for 10-12 minutes on high heat.
