1 (8 in) Whole-wheat flour tortilla
1/4 cup Black beans (mashed)
2 tbsp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Shredded zucchini or frozen corn (thawed)
2 tbsp Fresh salsa

Place a tortilla on a microwave proof plate.

Top with beans, cheese and zucchini.

Microwave until just melted, about 30-40 seconds.

Fold in half or roll up, top with salsa and serve.
