Olive Oil and Salt Popcorn

Most people think you should refrain from eating snacks because they are unhealthy. While this is true to an extent, it really just depends on the foods you are choosing to snack on. Low-calorie, healthy options like popcorn are perfect for a mid-day treat to squash hunger.

1/2 cup Popcorn kernels
1 tbsp Olive oil

Heat up olive in a pot over low-medium heat.

Add in popcorn kernels and cover until all popped.

Pour popcorn into a bowl and lightly season with salt.
