Nuts and Berries Protein Shake

If you’re looking to balance your blood sugar and pump up your energy, this shake is a great choice; the nut meal keeps you satisfied and is a good source of healthy fat and protein. Kefir is a cultured yogurt that contains beneficial probiotics and the good news is most brands are relatively low in sugar.

4 oz Low-fat plain kefir
½ cup Ice
½ cup Frozen berries
2 cups Spinach
1 tsp Nut meal of your choice (almonds, cashews)

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
