1 lb Manchego cheese (6-month aged; sliced)
1/2 lb Jamón Serrano (thinly sliced)
1 1/2 cups Olives (black, Manzanilla)
1 1/2 cups Blanched almonds
1/2 cup Fig jam

Arrange everything on a wooden cutting board or nice plate and serve.
