Muesli Power Breakfast

A dose of whole-grain carbohydrates, fiber and protein will keep you going all day. Wake up to a healthy start with this delicious muesli. For a powerful punch of antioxidants, add blueberries.

1/2 cup Uncooked rolled oats
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/2 tbsp Ground flaxseed
Walnuts
Almonds
Berries

Mix together the uncooked rolled oats, milk, ground flaxseed, walnuts, and almonds in a small bowl.

Refrigerate overnight. Add berries in the morning.
