Morning Weight-Loss Sundae

Instead of your usual breakfast, begin your day with this metabolism-boosting sundae to start burning fat in the morning. It’s high in protein and good fats and contains a bit of caffeine from matcha green tea to get your day off to an energized and refreshing start. It may be just what you need to get through your weight-loss plateau.

1/2 cup Low-fat Greek yogurt
2 tsp Matcha green tea powder
1 Banana
1/2 cup Strawberries
Unsweetened coconut ( optional )
Ground flaxseed ( optional )

Mix matcha powder and Greek yogurt together.

Layer yogurt, banana, and strawberries in a bowl.

Sprinkle with coconut and flaxseed. Enjoy!
