The Monday Dieter Potassium Water Flush

Spice up your average glass of water with these delicious add-ins courtesy of fitness trainer Jen Widerstrom. Lemons and cucumbers are super hydrating and kiwi has as much potassium as a banana!  You're just a few sips away from flushing away the bloat and feeling your best. 

48 oz Water
1 Lemon (sliced)
1 Kiwi (sliced)
1 Cucumber (sliced)

Fill a glass with all the ingredients and drink throughout the day.
