Mexican Fiesta Quinoa Salad

3 oz Grass-fed hanger steak
1 cup Quinoa (cooked)
1/2 Avocado (chopped)
1 Lime
4 Cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup Coconut oil
1 Bunch cilantro
1 tsp Scotch bonnet pepper
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Grated salt
1 tsp Pepper
1/4 Apple (sliced)
Toasted coconut

Sear the hanger steak to your preference.

In a big bowl, mix the quinoa, avocado, cherry tomatoes, coconut oil, cilantro, scotch bonnet pepper, and ginger together.

Top it off with lime, toasted coconut, salt, and pepper, to taste.
