Metabolism-Boosting Salad Dressing

Avoid all of the over-processed fat, sodium, and sugar that comes along with store-bought and packaged salad dressing. This metabolism-boosting dressing recipe includes apple cider vinegar which helps reduce sugar absorption and aids in burning fat.

1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
Dried herbs (garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, red pepper flakes for spice)
2 tbsp Olive oil
Mustard or lemon (optional)

Mix apple cider vinegar with two tablespoons of olive oil and stir.

Sprinkle preferred choice of dried herbs into mixture, and thoroughly stir together.

Pour dressing over salad of choice.
