Matcha is powdered green tea that is rich in antioxidants. When mixed with a fat, like avocado, matcha can help prevent your body from absorbing fat -- keeping you slim and trim. If you don't want to make guacamole from scratch, you can simply add one to two tablespoons of matcha to your favorite store-bought guac.

3 Avocados (mashed)
1/2 cup Diced tomatoes
2 tsp Lime juice
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1-2 tbsp Matcha powder

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Garnish with cilantro.
