Mango and Ginger Smoothie

Foods with high amounts of both vitamins C and E may aid in the prevention against cervical cancer. Try out this delicious smoothie that uses almond milk (vitamin E) and mango and orange (vitamin C) for a healthy snack.

1 Large ripe banana
1 Large orange (peeled)
1/2 inch Peeled fresh ginger (grated)
1 cup Frozen mango chunks
