1/2 cup Unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup Old-fashioned oatmeal
2 tbsp Flax seed/chia seed blend
1/2 tsp Coconut oil
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 Large strawberries
6 Blueberries
1/4 cup Almonds
1/4 cup Walnuts
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds

Bring almond milk and water to a boil over medium heat.

Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in oats, flax/chia seed mix, and coconut oil.

Cook for 6 to 7 minutes until oats are tender, stir frequently. Remove the pot from heat and let sit for 2 minutes.

Top with cinnamon, strawberries, blueberries, almonds, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds.
