Kathy's Spinach, Artichoke and Kale Dip

Impress your guests with this creamy and delicious dip. Loaded with greens and cheese, this dish takes only minutes to put together and requires almost no maintenance when cooking. Put the ingredients in your slow cooker and go about your day. When you return, you will be met with a delicious surprise.

2-3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 Onion (chopped)
2 cans (14 oz) Artichoke hearts
10 oz Spinach (chopped)
10 oz Kale (chopped)
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
3/4 cup Low-fat sour cream
1/4 cup Low-fat mayo
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Toasted pita bread

Combine all ingredients (except pita bread) in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.

Serve with toasted pita bread.
