Leftover veggie juice pulp (leftover from the morning juice)
Lemon juice (as needed)
Salt (to taste)
1/2 Tomato (diced)

Mash up the avocado into a bowl.

Dice the tomatoes and add to the avocado.

Combine in the lemon juice, salt, and pulp.

Serve with 1 serving of flax seed crackers, to scoop.
