5 oz Protein (chicken, turkey, salmon, shrimp, or tofu)
1/2 cup Beans
Non-starchy veggies (unlimited amount)
1 tsp Olive oil
Fresh lemon juice
Add mixed greens, protein, and an unlimited amount of non-starchy vegetables in a bowl.
Top with olive oil and as much vinegar as you want, or olive oil and fresh lemon juice and toss until well-mixed. You can use two tablespoons of low-calorie vinaigrette for dressing if you prefer.
