1 slice Whole-grain bread
1/4 Avocado (mashed)
1 Poached (hard-boiled, or scrambled egg)
dash Pepper

Toast slice of bread and top with mashed avocado and egg.

Sprinkle with a bit of pepper and any other herbs of choice. Serve with one orange or half a grapefruit.
