1 1/2 lbs Grass-fed lean ground beef
2 tbsp Chopped parsley
1 tsp Dried basil
1/2 tsp Dried oregano
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
4 Romaine lettuce leaves
4 Thick tomato slices
4 tbsp Tapenade spread

For the burgers, combine the beef, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Form into four 3/4-inch thick patties.

Heat a grill pan over medium high heat and add the burgers. Cook to desired level of doneness.

To serve, top each burger with a leaf of lettuce, a tomato slice and a tablespoon of tapenade.
