Try this healthy twist on a classic dessert! These open-faced s'mores are delicious but use apples instead of graham crackers to hold the s'more in place. They are a perfect low-calorie dessert option that can easily be made as a sweet treat for yourself or for a crowd.

2 tsp Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Round 1/2-inch-thick Gala or Fuji apple slices (cored)
2 tbsp Mini marshmallows
1 Graham cracker (1/4 sheet) finely crushed

In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips at 50 percent power for 25 seconds. Stir until smooth and uniform.

Place apple slices on a microwave-safe plate. Spread chocolate over apple slices. Top with marshmallows.

Using a kitchen torch, heat marshmallows until slightly melted and toasted, 5 to 10 seconds. Alternatively, microwave for about 20 seconds.

Sprinkle with crushed graham cracker.
