Hungry Girl's Chinese Chicken Salad

Broccoli slaw is not usually on people's grocery lists but it should be. This low-calorie mix is both nutritious and delicious. Try out this chicken salad recipe or get creative and customize the slaw with your own ingredients.

1 (16 oz) Package dry broccoli coleslaw
1 can (8 oz) Sliced water chestnuts (drained)
1 cup Canned mandarin orange segments packed in juice (or light syrup), drained and chopped
1 cup Chopped scallions
12 oz Cooked and chopped skinless lean chicken breast
3/4 cup Low-fat sesame ginger dressing

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Top with dressing and toss to coat. Enjoy!
