Get your french fry fix with this baked alternative and with less than 100 calories per serving, go ahead and treat yourself!

6 oz Peeled butternut squash (cut into French-fry-shaped spears)
Dash Coarse salt
1 tbsp Ketchup

Prehead oven to 425°F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Thoroughly pat dry the squash spears. Lay them on the sheet, and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 10 minutes.

Flip spears and bake until mostly tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, about 6 minutes.

Serve with ketchup for dipping.
