1 cup Hulled barley
3 cup Water
1 pinch Salt
1 1/2 cups Milk
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Raisins
Cashews (chopped)

Bring barley, cold water and salt to a boil. Once boiling, lower the heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Drain barley. In the same pot, add milk, cinnamon and raisins to the barley and bring to a simmer.

Stir occasionally for 10 minutes. Top with chopped cashews and serve.
