Honey-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ditch regular white sugar for a healthier alternative the next time you're cooking dinner. Guest Lauren likes to toss her Brussels sprouts in honey to give them a caramelized flavor. Serve them hot and crispy with your protein of choice.

Recipe from Whole Earth Sweetener Co.

1 lb Fresh Brussels sprouts (thick stems trimmed, halved lengthwise)
2 tbsp Olive oil
4 tsp Honey
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Toasted chopped almonds
2 tbsp Dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place Brussels sprouts in a bowl. Toss with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet. Roast 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly charred and crisp-tender when pierced with a fork.

Remove from oven. Place Brussels sprouts back in bowl and toss with Whole Earth Sweetener Honey 50 and balsamic vinegar until evenly coated. Stir in almonds and cranberries.
