Hilaria Baldwin's Balance Bowl

The Balance Bowl earns its name in a single spoonful. This Asian-inspired recipe calls for adzuki beans, mushrooms, and snow peas topped with a Tahini-Miso Dressing. 1 cup Cooked grain
8 oz Mushrooms
1/2 cup Adzuki beans (or lima, kidney, chickpea, fava)
1/2 cup Snow peas
1/2 cup Broccoli
1/2 cup Tahini
1/4 cup Brown rice miso paste
1/2 cup Water
1 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Grated lemon peel
1 Lemon (juiced about 1/4 cup)

Combine your grain of choice, mushrooms, beans, snow peas, and broccoli into a bowl.

Top off with Baldwin's Tahini-Miso Dressing. To make the dressing, add tahini, miso paste, water, garlic, lemon peel, and lemon into a blender and blend until smooth.


**Note: The dressing makes more than one serving. Add two tablespoons to your bowl and save the rest in the refrigerator.
