Healthy Veggie Lover's Pizza

Dr. Jennifer Ashton, the Dr. Oz Show's Chief Women's Health Contributor, believes you should "live like you're pregnant even if you're not." That's because women are healthiest when they're pregnant. During pregnancy, women are careful to get all the nutrients they need, but they also allow themselves to occasionally indulge their cravings. With this in mind as a guide to healthy choices, Dr. Ashton has developed three rules for that inevitable pizza craving: First, go thin (crust) or go home. Second, load up on veggies. And third, cut your pizza into small pieces and eat on a plate (a mental trick that will help you to eat less). This recipe will have you singing her praises.
