Guilt-Free Chocolate Mousse

This recipe uses cauliflower as a main ingredient for chocolate mousse. While this may sound strange, cauliflower is actually a great additive that makes the mousse extra creamy. Plus, it tastes so delicious you wouldn't even know a veggie was in it! Try out this recipe and feel good about your dessert choices. 

4 cups Cooked cauliflower
1/4 cup Unrefined virgin coconut oil
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
1/4 cup Maple syrup
1 tbsp Espresso (or 1/2 tsp espresso powder)
pinch Salt

Process all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Serve with cocoa powder lightly sprinkled on top and enjoy!
