Grilled Radicchio and Endive

Serve this dish hot off the grill or at room temperature; it's delicious either way.

1 Medium head radicchio cut into 6 wedges lengthwise
2 heads Endive (quartered lengthwise)
2 tsp Honey
3 tbsp White wine vinegar
1 pinch Sea salt
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Raisins

Heat and oil the grill or grill pan and cook the radicchio and endive, turning over to grill on all sides until nicely charred.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl mix the honey, vinegar, salt and olive oil. Add the grilled radicchio, endive and raisins. Adjust the seasoning before serving.
