8 oz Fresh firm pumpkin (sliced)
4 oz Fresh frisée salad
3 oz Fresh radishes (finely sliced)
1 tbsp Sesame oil (optional)
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp Mustard
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce (optional)
handful Coriander (chopped)
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Preheat grill or oven to 350°F. Coat pumpkin with some oil, arrange on parchment paper, and place in oven.

After about 10 minutes reduce oven heat to about 275°F and cook for another 10 minutes. If grilling, grill both sides for 2 minutes on each side then lower heat and cover for 10-15 minutes.

In a medium or large bowl add the remaining ingredients and adjust seasonings to finish the frisée salad.

To serve, arrange pumpkin on plate with some salad on the side.
