Easy Lemon Grilled Monkfish

Monkfish is low in calories and high in protein. All this fish needs is some lemon, sea salt and olive oil and you'e got a flavorful and delicious dinner.

4 monkfish fillets
2 lemons ( juiced )
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp sea salt

Place the fish into a shallow bowl. Cover with the lemon juice and olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.

Marinate for no more than 20 minutes. The acid from the lemon juice will start to "cook" the fish around 30 minutes. While the fish is marinating, preheat the grill on medium heat.

Pat the marinated fillets dry, then place on the grill grates. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side.

Serve with a few wedges of lemons on the side.
