Greek Yogurt Frosting

Chef Resha makes really good cupcakes. What’s her secret? Her frosting includes a special ingredient: Greek yogurt! Get your piping bag ready—you’ll want to double this recipe!

1 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Cream cheese (low-fat or vegan)
2 to 3 tbsp Honey or maple syrup or agave
1/2 tbsp Vanilla extract
1 pinch Sea salt

Blend ingredients together in food processor.

Keep cold until ready to use.

Tip: For even frosting application, spoon into resealable plastic bags and snip a small hole in the corner of the bag before piping onto cupcakes and baked goods.
