Golden Power Protein Shake

Cashew butter and cannellini beans give this shake its protein power. Plus, turmeric has amazing anti-inflammatory properties. Wake up your system with this smoothie for breakfast. 

1/3 cup Canned cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
3/4 cup Milk
1 tbsp Turmeric
2 tsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp Nutritional yeast
2 tbsp Cashew butter
1/2 cup Ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
