Do you dread working out so much that you just choose not to? Finding the time and motivation to stay healthy and fit can seem overwhelming. Luckily, there are small adjustments you can make to your everyday life to help you have a stress-free workout without a membership to the gym. Give these 10 tips a try to feel fit and fabulous.
Watch a Movie on the Treadmill
Do you have an abandoned treadmill, elliptical machine, or stationary bike in your house? Dust it off and get ready to put it to use. Pop in a movie or watch your nightly TV favorites while exercising for an hour or two. Watching TV will make time fly during your cardio. If you don’t have gym equipment at home, do squats, lunges, and crunches during the commercial breaks of your favorite shows instead.
