Do you dread working out so much that you just choose not to? Finding the time and motivation to stay healthy and fit can seem overwhelming. Luckily, there are small adjustments you can make to your everyday life to help you have a stress-free workout without a membership to the gym. Give these 10 tips a try to feel fit and fabulous.
Squat While Folding Laundry
Instead of sitting down to reach into the laundry basket next to you, stand up and place your laundry basket on the floor. Every time you have to fold something, squat down to pick it up. Once it’s folded, squat again to put it back in the basket. Repeat this motion until all your laundry is folded. To make the task seem a little easier, put on the TV to distract you while you’re building muscle.
