Do you dread working out so much that you just choose not to? Finding the time and motivation to stay healthy and fit can seem overwhelming. Luckily, there are small adjustments you can make to your everyday life to help you have a stress-free workout without a membership to the gym. Give these 10 tips a try to feel fit and fabulous.
Keep on Stepping
Making a conscious effort to go to the gym and run may be difficult, but making sure you walk around throughout the day is not. Take frequent breaks during your workday to walk around the hall, to the company kitchen, or to a co-worker’s office. Little steps throughout the day can add up to significant cardio activity, so keep those legs moving! If you need an extra push, set a reminder on your phone or email calendar to alert you to take a short walk every hour.
