Take frequent breaks during your workday to walk around the hall, to the company kitchen, or to a co-worker’s office. Little steps throughout the day can add up to significant cardio activity, so keep those legs moving! If you need an extra push, set a reminder on your phone or email calendar to alert you to take a short walk every hour.
