This eating style is helpful for those who want to lose weight as well as those with health issues such as intolerances or allergens to certain food groups. Nutritionist Kristin Kirkpatrick shares her advice to help you learn what to eliminate and how to live a healthy life on this diet.

Don't Forget to Exercise
A part of any good diet and healthy lifestyle is exercise. Kirkpatrick doesn't want you to forget to increase your physical activity level on a weekly basis in conjunction with your new eating plan. She recommends at least 45 minutes of walking two days per week and then three days of resistance training.
