Beverages That Are Allowed
The only beverages that you should consume on an elimination diet are water, sparkling water, green tea, and coconut water. This way you ensure that you are only drinking pure beverages without unnecessary calories. Kirkpatrick recommends making sure to drink water with no sugar or flavors added and try to consume bottled or filtered water.
